Space Shooter Pro 2

Who doesn't love an old nintendo game? (gives away my age!) I recently been toying with the idea of doing a cloning of Gradius which i spent countless hours playing when i was a kid. Always trying to reach that next level and frustrations of having to restart from scratch. 

This is an alpha prototype that has the very core mechanics of the game. I appreciate feedback and what people would like to see come out of this project and submit ideas!
